Site Visit & Contract
We visit the property, assess the space in detail, and send a clear contract outlining our terms and approach. Our consultation fee is KES 10,000 to formalize the engagement.
Concept Development (7 Days)
Within one week, we develop a concept document showing our approach and what will be done. You review it, we make adjustments based on your feedback, and you approve the direction.
Quote & Timeline
Once the concept is agreed upon, we provide a detailed quotation and confirmed timeline. Everything is transparent. No hidden costs. No surprise delays.
Execution & Handover
Work begins when 80% deposit is paid. We manage all contractors and construction. You receive regular progress updates. Our fee is 15% of the total material cost or 50,000/. Whichever is higher. We deliver on the agreed timeline. You pay the final 20% within 24 hours of handover.
