Lifestyle Heights Interior Transformation
Tatu City; Full 3-bedroom apartment renovation including custom cabinetry, kitchen remodel, Mazeras stone feature wall, bathroom upgrades, and eclectic Afro-Boho interior design creating a distinctive residential space.

About The Client
This project involved the full interior fit-out of a three-bedroom apartment at Lifestyle Heights, Tatu City. The goal was to move beyond standard developer finishes and create a home with a clear design identity. The scope covered every major space, including the kitchen, living area, all three bedrooms, three bathrooms, laundry, entryway, and corridor.
The design direction combined minimalist structure with Afro-Boho textures, vintage accents, and warm earth tones to create a layered, character-rich interior.

The Problem
The apartment was handed over as a bare developer unit. It had no architectural character, no spatial definition, and no design cohesion. Each space needed to be conceived, detailed, and executed from scratch. Without intentional intervention, it would have remained a functional but undistinctive home. A full interior transformation was required to unlock its potential.

Our Approach
The design established a minimalist white shell as the anchor, then introduced texture, warmth, and detail room by room.
The entryway received a deep arched alcove with rattan webbing cabinetry and floating shelves. A rattan floor-to-ceiling screen separated the hallway from the living area. The living room was anchored by a full-height Mazeras stone TV wall, bringing raw, earthy texture into the heart of the home.
The kitchen was built around Euro Cottage yellow millwork with glass-fronted upper cabinets and an ornate embossed backsplash. A moody accent-painted pantry with under-lit shelves and layered lighting completed the space. The guest bathroom featured a terracotta canopy, patterned wallpaper, and a rattan pendant. The master bathroom combined dark grey stone tiles, a glass-enclosed shower, and a gold vintage mirror. All bedrooms received custom cabinetry, accent walls, and coordinated lighting throughout.
The Impact
The apartment was delivered as a fully resolved, design-led interior with a distinct identity. Every space received deliberate attention, from the entryway to the laundry room. The layering of materials, textures, and custom-built elements created a home that feels curated rather than assembled.
This project demonstrates how a bare developer unit can become a distinctive, high-quality residence through disciplined space planning and end-to-end execution.
