This project involved upgrading an aging two-bedroom apartment into a refined modern residence. The goal was to improve daily living, increase comfort, and create a high-end interior environment. The renovation covered the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridor. The focus was on full interior remodeling, improved storage, and modern architectural finishes suited for urban Nairobi living.

The Problem

The apartment had outdated cabinetry, worn finishes, and inefficient use of space. The kitchen lacked modern storage and proper workflow. The bathrooms had old fixtures and poor layout. Bedrooms did not have adequate cabinetry or functional workspace areas. The corridor and living spaces lacked integrated storage and architectural definition. A complete apartment renovation was needed to improve usability, comfort, and long-term property value.

Our Approach

The renovation began with full demolition of outdated cabinets, bathroom fixtures, and interior elements. The kitchen was rebuilt with custom cabinetry, granite worktops, and a new separator with a bar area to improve flow between spaces. The living and dining areas were repainted, upgraded with new lighting, and fitted with custom woodwork and curtain systems.

The master bedroom was enhanced with new built-in wardrobes and a dedicated workspace. The master bathroom was fully reconstructed with new sanitary fittings, modern tiling, and integrated storage, including relocation of the laundry area for better space planning. The corridor was upgraded with sunken custom shoe racks and modern lighting, while the guest bathroom received a new instant shower system.

The Impact

The apartment was fully transformed into a modern, high-quality living space with improved functionality and visual appeal. The kitchen renovation improved workflow and storage efficiency. Bathroom remodeling created a clean, modern, and comfortable environment.
