This project involved upgrading a studio apartment into a modern minimalist luxury living space. The goal was to create a calm, cohesive, and visually refined interior suitable for Airbnb use. The focus was on improving spatial zoning, material quality, and architectural detailing. The renovation enhanced the living area, bedroom zone, kitchen, and bathroom.

The Problem

The studio lacked architectural character, spatial definition, and interior layering. The open layout did not clearly separate living and sleeping areas. The kitchen and bathroom had basic finishes that did not reflect a premium interior standard. A studio renovation was required to improve functionality, visual identity, and guest experience.

Our Approach

The renovation introduced a sculptural wood room divider to define zones while maintaining openness. Feature walls with fluted panels, textured finishes, and concealed lighting created strong focal points. The kitchen was upgraded with full-height cabinetry, built-in appliances, and integrated extractor hood. The bathroom was modernized with a glass shower enclosure, custom storage cabinetry, and floating shelves. Strategic lighting and mirrors were used to enhance depth and spatial perception.
