About The Client

This project involved rehabilitating a dilapidated residential property and converting it into a functional Airbnb unit. The goal was to restore structural integrity, upgrade interiors, and reposition the property for short-term rental use. The renovation covered the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and external areas. The focus was on creating a warm and guest-ready environment.

The Problem

The house was in poor condition, with outdated interiors and structural issues including mold. The kitchen and living areas lacked modern finishes and functionality. Bedrooms required interior upgrades to improve visual appeal. The property needed full renovation to become suitable for modern living and Airbnb use.

Our Approach

The renovation included mold remediation to restore the building’s structural condition. The living room was upgraded with a custom TV unit, modern lighting, and repainting. The kitchen was fully remodeled with new cabinetry, integrated hood extractor, and modern tiling. Bedrooms were upgraded through repainting and refinishing cabinetry. External improvements included upgrading the balcony into a functional outdoor space and installing a new gate to improve curb appeal and security.

The Impact

The property was successfully transformed from a dilapidated structure into a functional Airbnb unit. Kitchen renovation and interior upgrades improved usability and guest appeal.
